General Info

What To Bring:

Shorts, t-shirts, underwear, socks, wrestling shoes, and athletic shoes are the basics. We encourage every camper to have a clean set of clothes for EVERY session of camp. There are coin-operated laundry facilities located in the dorms for that that need t do laundry. Additionally, campers should bring their own pillow, blankets, bed linens, soap, and towels. UTC wrestling gear, snacks, drinks and pizza (after evening sessions) will be sold in the camp store.

Medical and Insurance Info:

It is our policy that all camp participants must provide proof of medical insurance. If you cannot provide proof of insurance, you cannot attend Chattanooga Wresting Camps. Medical waivers must be printed, completed, and provided prior to the start of camp. Athletic trainers will be on duty during all training sessions.

Coach Registration:

The cost for coaches varies depending on the number of campers that respective team is bringing. The structure of cost for coaches and additional coaches is as follows:

Payment and Refunds:

A deposit is required upon registration for any camp to reserve your spot. The remainder of the payment is due at check-in or prior to it. Each camp has its own specific price. Check under camps tab for more info about pricing.

All requests for refunds must be received by email. All deposits are nonrefundable! If a camper withdraws 14 days prior to the start of camp, a refund will be issued minus the cost of the deposit. If a camper withdraws after 14 days prior to the start of camp, a refund will be considered on an individual basis. If a camper withdraws from the camp after it has begun, no refund will be granted. Refunds will not be processed until the conclusion of our summer camps, so please be patient if you are granted a refund.

Additionally, UTC Housing charges a $50 key and damage fine for lost keys and/or room damage. This is reflected in the fees section for resident campers within each camp description. This $50 fee will be charged at the conclusion of camp if a key is lost, not returned, or room does not clear check-out inspection.

Meals:

Meals will be provided on campus, at Crossroads Dinning Hall. Meals for resident campers (overnight campers) will begin with dinner the first night and end with breakfast in the last day. Commuters for Team Camp will only receive lunch and dinner each day of camp.

Technique and Youth Camp will not be provided meals. Campers should bring their own lunch, snacks and drinks. Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase during camp.

Drop Off & Pick Up

Every day drop off and pick up will occur in the same location for respective camps.

Team Camp: Daily drop off and pick up will take place at McKenzie Arena loading dock. This is accessible from stairs on the side parking lot 35 (located at the end of parking lot 20 pass Gate 3) and the access road located on the corner of Douglas Street and Mocs Alumni Drive. 

Technique Camp & Youth Camp: Daily drop off and pick up will take place at Maclellan Gym at the double door entrance off of Douglas St. in parking lot 7. 

Check In

Team Camp check-in will be held at McKenzie Arena loading dock. This is accessible from stairs on the side parking lot 35 (located at the end of parking lot 20 pass Gate 3) and the access road located on the corner of Douglas Street and Mocs Alumni Drive.
